Why our Little MK’s are Important
❋ They are part of the mission too!Even at a young age, missionary kids are living the missionary life with their family. They may not preach, teach, or lead yet, but their presence, friendships, smiles, and everyday life can open doors for ministry.
❋ Their faith is being shaped earlyAges 3-5 are foundational years. The songs they sing, Bible stories they hear, prayers they pray, and love they receive help build their first understanding of God.
❋ They help people see missions as a family callingLittle MK’s remind churches and supporters that missions is not just about one missionary. It affects the whole family. Their lives help other understand the sacrifice, joy, and beauty of serving together.
❋ They need to feel seen and valuedLittle MK’s can sometimes feel like they are just “along for the ride.” Creating space for them shows they matter to God, to their family, and to the missions community.
